Dim Sum tricks @ Hong Kong

I learnt a new trick from my friends for eating cheaper dim sum at Hong Kong. Most restaurants in Hong Kong opened at 7am for Yum Char (aka dim sum). Usually the prices on weekdays the dim sum is sold at a lower price. For those who like to sleep in and only go for Yum Char at a later time, make sure you reach there just before 11am!

How come ahhhh? That's because after 11am, the price may be 20% - 30% more! So you need to find a seat before 11am, order all the food you want, and most important PAY THE BILL BEFORE 11am. Then only you enjoy the early bird discount!
